Tuition Agreement ![]() 2. For all students the first tuition payment must be paid by the 12th of August. The amount is non-refundable and non-transferable should the student cancel for any reason. 3. A late charge handling fee of $20.00 for each student is due if payment is received after the 10th of each month. 4. Returned checks: There is a service charge of $25.00 on returned checks in addition to the tuition late fee if applicable when the returned check is satisfied. 5. In the event that a student withdraws from HCCS, tuition is due for the month in which the student last attended, regardless of the number of days attended. 6. HCCS parents agree that if payment of tuition and fees is not made according to this schedule, HCCS shall have the right to refuse to admit the student to class and to withhold records until all financial obligations due at that particular time are satisfied. If extenuating circumstances prohibit tuition payment, the HCCS board must be notified. ![]() |
